Thank you for shopping with VELINOR PIECES. We take pride in crafting each item with care, precision, and intention.We have a firm cancellation policy. Please read the details below.

1. Why Can’t Orders Be Cancelled?

At VELINOR PIECES, once the order is placed and confirmed its automatically sent out to our fulfilment team to begin packaging and preparing for shipment. This process starts almost immediately to avoid delays, especially with international deliveries.
Because of this:
•Orders are final once placed.
•We are unable to pause or reverse the process once it has begun.

2. What If I No Longer Want the Item?

We understand that circumstances can change. However, Allow the package to be delivered and submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order by following our standard return process.
That said:
•If the item has not yet shipped, you may still reach out to us—we will do our best to accommodate any changes to shipping address or minor order details, if possible.
•Once shipped, we can not make any changes. At this point, the package is with the carrier and on its way to you, making changes or rerouting is impossible.
